Die Trauben sind auf der „Platte“ am Nussberg gewachsen, das Holz fürs Fassl unweit im Wienerwald bei Klosterneuburg. Regional, voll modern - bam. Saftiger Zwetschkencrumble mit einem nicht zu unüppigen Hauch Rum aus Südamerika. Man gönnt sich ja sonst eh auch alles.

The grapes grew on the “Platte” on the Nussberg, the wood for the barrel not far in the Vienna Woods near Klosterneuburg. Regional, completely modern - bam. Juicy plum crumble with a not-too-lush hint of rum from South America. You treat yourself to everything else anyway.
